RadialBrain is hiring fresh graduates for a full-time, remote Software Engineer Trainee role. You will build Velocity — our AI-native platform for business websites — using modern web technologies.

What you will do
Build real product features for Velocity. Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud. Convert requirements into working software — and own what you ship.

Full-stack product work
Ship features in JavaScript/TypeScript. Build and integrate REST APIs, data models, and Cloudflare serverless services. Write tests, debug issues, and maintain docs.

AI-first development
Use AI tools extensively for research, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring. Review and improve AI-generated code. AI can generate the code; you own the outcome.

Growing ownership
Join design and architecture discussions. Gradually own complete features and product subsystems on Velocity.
Skills we're looking for
You do not need every Cloudflare or production skill on day one. You do need fundamentals and a willingness to work AI-first.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Comfortable building and reading interfaces on the modern web.

TypeScript
Ready to write and review typed code as you ship features.

AI-assisted engineering
Excited to use AI tools across the lifecycle — and to verify everything you generate.

Cloudflare (taught here)
Workers, edge delivery, and serverless depth come with the work on Velocity.
