Product Analyst Trainee
Requirements, testing, and delivery for AI products
A full-time, remote role for freshers. Work with the founder and engineering team to turn product ideas into working software on Velocity, our AI-native platform for business websites. One hands-on role: product requirements, software quality, and delivery.
How to applyProgram logistics
- Remote (WFH) Work from anywhere with reliable internet
- Your own laptop Windows, Mac, or Linux — you bring the machine
- Full-time Fresh-graduate product seat, not a student internship
- Founder mentorship Direct guidance and reviews from the founding team
What you will do
At RadialBrain, AI agents and engineers build features together. In a typical week you write what each product feature should do, test every change on our staging site, send back what is not done, and run the Friday demo of what shipped.
-
01
Product requirements
- Work with AI agents to turn product ideas into user stories and development tasks
- Review every story the agents draft and fix it until it is clear, complete, and right
- Make sure each story has acceptance criteria anyone can check
- Keep the backlog in order, in line with the roadmap
-
02
Software quality
- Test every completed feature against its acceptance criteria
- Run functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Send work back when it is not done, with steps to reproduce
- Use AI agents to draft test cases and analyse defects, then check their work
-
03
Delivery
- Track blockers, defects, and progress across the team
- Run the weekly demo and write the progress update
- Raise decisions that need the founder
- Help improve our AI-assisted development workflows
Who can apply
Fresh graduates in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BBA, MBA, UX design (B.Des or equivalent), or a related discipline. You bring basic web and testing skills, and a real interest in shaping products: what to build, for whom, and why.
-
AI product sense
You understand the AI product space: what AI products do well, where they fall short, and why.
-
A flair for tech trends
You follow what is new in technology, especially AI products, and can tell a real shift from hype.
-
Customer orientation
You start from the customer: who uses a feature, what problem it solves, and how they will know it works.
-
Roadmap thinking
You understand how a product roadmap turns into milestones and tasks, and why some things ship now and others wait.
-
Web fundamentals
You know how websites and apps work: pages, forms, logins, and what happens when you click submit.
-
A testing instinct
You try the empty field, the double click, and the phone screen before anyone asks.
-
Working with AI agents
You can give an AI agent clear instructions, check what it produces, and correct it when it gets things wrong.
Expectations and outcomes
-
